Personalized Perimenopause and Menopause Care
For women in their 30s to 60s navigating hormonal shifts, mood changes, sleep issues, and more.
Hi, I’m Kate Broyles, NP.

If you’re here, something has probably shifted.
Your sleep. Your mood. Your focus. Your energy. Maybe your periods are irregular. Maybe your weight feels harder to manage, or your libido isn’t what it used to be. And maybe you’ve been told everything looks “normal,” that this is just aging.
But these can be symptoms of perimenopause and menopause. And they’re treatable.
I’ve been a nurse practitioner for over twelve years, caring for women in primary care, medical weight management, and psychiatry.
When I entered perimenopause myself, I saw how hard it was to find care that felt informed, unhurried, and grounded in current science.
So I went deeper -- pursuing advanced training in menopause medicine and immersing myself in the research on hormone therapy, metabolic health, and midlife mental health. The more I learned, the clearer it became: women deserve better.
That’s why I started Boulder Perimenopause & Menopause Clinic -- to create the kind of care I wish I’d found. Care built around real conversations, thoughtful medicine, and what women need to thrive.

You can feel like yourself again
Perimenopause and menopause are not just about symptoms -- they represent a significant health transition that affects the whole body.
We’re learning more each year about how hormonal changes during this time influence bone health, cardiovascular health, cognitive health, and urogenital health. That's why timely, informed care matters.
Too often, women are told to tolerate these changes, to push through them, or to accept that this is simply what aging feels like.
It doesn’t have to be that way.
With the right care and support, many women begin to feel steadier, clearer, and more like themselves again.
